Conference Theme: Strategies for Patient Centricity & Diversity in Clinical Trials
SACRA, The South African clinical research association, an organisation founded by clinical trials stakeholders in South Africa to position the country at the forefront of clinical research, invites you to join the commemoration of international clinical trials day. The 20th of May is international clinical trials day. It is vital to pause to celebrate and acknowledge everyone involved in clinical trials, especially the PARTICIPANTS and provide an opportunity to raise awareness of its essential role in healthcare.
The event will be held in Cape Town, South Africa; the Western Cape has the second highest number of research sites after Gauteng, which speaks volumes to the number of participants enrolled in clinical trials and the progression of the province in advancing health care.
Those that cannot make it to CPT are welcome to join online. Please read more below on Agenda and Speakers; we will have Prof Ruff, the chairperson of SAHPRA, CTC and many more speakers, including representatives from patient advocacy groups. Please take a look at the detailed Agenda. To register, click the link below. We are working on approval for CPD points for the event.
