The Department of Health and the National Health Research Ethics Council (NHREC) have received feedback in the form of queries and comments aimed at improving the Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) for Human Biological Material and Associated Data template published for public notice in July 2018. We are pleased to inform you that the NHREC has been tasked by the Department of Health to head the revision of the current MTA template.
Industry stakeholders are invited to submit any further comments directly to the NHREC secretariat by 31 July 2023.
SACRA members are requested to send feedback by the 25th of July to be collated and sent to NHREC. Please submit your comments to admin@sacraza.com.
